HOT REISHI w/ LEMONADE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp. reishi mushroom powder
  • 1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Honey to taste

SUPERFOOD REISHI TEA

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. of mushroom powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seed
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Honey to taste

CHOCOLATE REISHI DELIGHT

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup almond milk or organic milk
  • 1 tbsp. dark cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. reishi mushroom powder
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Sweetener of choice

This mix will blend more smoothly in a blender than with a whisk or spoon.   Add ice cubes for delicious smoothie.
